Happy Halloween to you all! We had a very fun and relaxing Halloween this year with our PUMPKIN Lilliana. We can't believe in 15 days she will be 7months old! Time is going way too fast and there aren't enough hours in the day to kiss all over her! Lilliana has been moving, bouncing and scooting around the house. She gets up on all 4's and rocks back and forth, she thinks it is the coolest thing. She moves around the floor(slides backwards) and is liking this new stage of exploring her surroundings. Yesterday, we were laughing so hard when she was in her crib taking a nap (supposidly), all of a sudden we saw her turn on her belly and come towards the monitor camera and pull it down. She told us what she thought about that thing. We love to hear her when she wakes up, she just giggles and talks(yells) in her crib and when we go in to get her she just looks up at us with this amazing smile. That is one of those moments when you think how good life is. She reminds of this everyday with her dashing smile and silly giggle. She is now eating oatmeal, sweat potatoes, peas, butternut squash and banana's 1 to 2 times a day. She really enjoys peas, Daddy's favorite too! Next week we will try avocado, Mommy's favorite:) Lilliana is still teething pretty badly, but Michael and I have found some techniques that soothe her and give her some comfort. We pray for those teethies to pop through for her.
Aspen is slowly adjusting to his new sister. He was so spoiled before what should we have expected. We think of him and her playing when she gets older, like he does with Lilliana's cousin and it makes us smile.
Michael and I are great! We are officially calling ourselves old farts! My Dad called the other night at 9:30 and we were in bed sleeping:) We are getting ourselves ready for our trip to VA for Thanksgiving. We are excited to run the Turkey Trot with Aunt Kristin and Uncle Andy, celebrate Uncle Patricks birthday and attend Aunt Kristin's wedding shower! Happy Thanksgiving and blessings to you all.
