Happy 17 month birthday Lilliana! What an amazing summer it was with Lilliana. We are excited for Fall and watching Lilliana experience this beautiful season.

Lilliana is 19lbs 6 oz and 34 inches tall and the most amazing angel. She is spunky, energetic, persistant,compassionate and helpful. She is def experiencing the toddler stage:)

Lilliana loves to take care of her baby. When Mommy is putting on makeup Lilliana will sit by mommy and practice putting makeup on her baby. It gets pretty messy but it is so fun to watch her imitate me and pretend. Daddy got Lilliana a stroller and car seat for her baby and she walks her baby around the neighborhood and takes her baby in the car with us. She acts like a little mommy. I think we are going to have a great big sister someday.

Lilliana loves to take showers! She loves to let the water fall on her face and splash in the puddles. She sings "rain rain go away" in the shower and jumps in the puddles , just like we do when we take walks in the rain.

We are enjoying our fall morning walks to the school to watch the school buses and kids. Lilliana says good morning to them all and waves to the school bus. She looks forward to this activity every morning and yells "downstairs Momma Dada, outside." Then we tell her once we all get dressed we can go outside, she then says "ok, ok." with this excited voice. She likes to collect leaves, rocks and acorns and show them to Daddy.

We had our annual neighborhood block party this past weekend and Lilliana enjoyed all the kids running around and the fire truck. She got to eat dinner with all her friends and she thought that was so cool and handed out waterballs to them as they had a waterballoon toss. Lilliana participated in the pirate coin hunt and liked it but just enjoyed putting the coins in and then dumping them all out. Lots of fun!

Lilliana's favorite past time is looking at animals lately, in books or at Cosley Zoo. She just recently saw a pumpkin for the first time (doesn't remember her baby pumpkin) and she thinks they are the coolest thing. When we see them she yells pumpkin and wants to look at pictures of them.

Lilliana loves to sing, she can sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Rain Rain Go Away, Itsy Bitsy Spider, G-Y-M-B-O, Hi Hello and How Are You and God Loves Me. We were amazed when one day she just started singing along with us. She is just so precious.

Lilliana just spent the weekend with her buddy Riley Joy, his Mommy and Daddy are Chris and Kim, our good friends. They had such a great time together. Lilliana wasn't' too happy when her Mommy started cuddling and wrestling around with little Riley....lately she has been very possessive of her Mommy and feels a little sad when her Mommy is giving another baby attention.

Riley taught Lilliana how to go down the slide backwards and the stairs. So now she can get down the stairs:) Riley also showed Lilliana how to make big splashes in the water and she thought that was really cool.
We were excited to meet our newest arrival to our family, Aunt Sarah and Uncle Shawn's baby Calen Mathew Toso (cousin #19)! What an amazing addition he is to their already blessed family! We had such a great weekend with Easton, Gavin, Grammie and Papa while they were in the hospital.

Lilliana has been walking Aspen now! While out on our walks together, Michael will give her Aspens leash and she will walk him for at least 1/2 mile... he tends to pull her which is a little scary but, she just giggles. She is such an independent girl and our little helper.

Happy 17 month birthday Lilliana we love you more than Ice Cream! Someday you will get that.
